Rayan Caretti joins GRS Team to participate in the 2026 EuroCup-3 season

The French rising star completes the team’s line-up for the championship, which will get underway in May at Paul Ricard, and will make his debut in the category after two successful years in Formula 4.

GRS Team is pleased to confirm the addition of Rayan Caretti to its line-up. The young French driver, who also holds Senegalese and Thai nationalities, will compete with GRS in the 2026 EuroCup-3 season. For Caretti, this will be his rookie year in the championship, representing a significant challenge and a new step in his career, one that he has the speed and potential required to shine at.

Caretti, aged 18, made his single-seater debut in 2024. The French driver has spent the last two seasons competing in the French Formula 4 Championship, where he stood out from the very beginning, securing two podiums in his first campaign. In 2025, he raised his level further and completed an excellent season, claiming two victories, a total of five podiums, and finishing fourth overall in the championship standings. These results have established him as one of the most promising young talents in motorsport. At the end of the year, Caretti also competed in the FIA Formula 4 World Cup, part of the prestigious Macau Grand Prix, where he was among the fastest drivers in a highly competitive international field.

Having concluded his Formula 4 chapter, Caretti is now ready to take the next step in EuroCup-3. The championship entered a new era in 2026 with the introduction of the Dallara 326. The category now more than ever provides an ideal environment for young talents to continue progressing in their motorsport careers, and the grid is therefore highly competitive. The season will begin on May 1–3 at Circuit Paul Ricard in France. With Caretti’s arrival, GRS Team completes its line-up for the championship, with Andre Rodriguez joining the Frenchman.

“I am very excited to be joining GRS team for the upcoming EuroCup-3 season. This is a great opportunity for me to continue my single seater development and take me one step closer to my dream of becoming a Formula 1 pilot soon! I cannot wait to exploiting the full potential of the car, with the support of a strong team to achieve great results.

I am super grateful to Josep and the GRS team for this opportunity but I also wish to thank my sponsors, as it is thanks to them if I can compete at this level this season again. And I wish to express my gratitude to my mum and dad for their unyielding support in making my dream a reality. Now to all of you following and supporting my racing for many years I cannot wait to meet again around the iconic tracks of the EuroCup 3 calendar and to share my new motor racing stories online with you!”– Rayan Caretti, driver.

“At GRS Team, we are delighted to welcome Rayan to the team. Having a driver with his talent and potential is a great source of motivation for everyone, and the team will give its all to ensure that Rayan can develop his promising career in the best possible environment and conditions.
